How was the road to the Riimex matrix?

I started to collect data in 2005/2006

And started analyze those data in 2011. The same year I did some tests, and the year after, had a structure and functional analysis for the bank and insurance sectors.

I needed almost 2 to 3 more years to adapt it to the automotive sector, where we can work to improve the production system, the correlation between components and assist the drivers and users by displaying various usefull informations.

But let be clear, to create the matrix, I used all my academic, professional and international experiences

So yes, creating a sustainable and accurate innovation involve a lot of work, many years of researches, analysis and tests.

I am then of course really surprise and I hear that someone cans create a professional or scientific innovation in less than a year, and most important without even having any academic and/or professional background

I mean, the first thing that comes when I read that is “Wow !”, it’s amazing! Just magic, how do they do that?!

And I am even twice or three times more surprise when I hear that some investors are giving them almost billion of money as studying the product and the innovator’s background is let say… A MUST in risks management and investment.

This is something the matrix cans help with, by highlighting the weakness of a project or case

Matrice Riimex, vos risques deviennent des opportunités

J’ai récemment reçu des invitations à coacher des étudiants, des débutants, ou encore des stagiaires

J’ai à chaque fois dit non

Non pas parce que je n’aime plus enseigner ou transmettre mon savoir, mais tout simplement parce que j’attends encore des réponses claires et précises

Car aujourd’hui, si je devais donner un conseil à un étudiant ou à un débutant, j’aurai tendance à lui dire : Ecoutes, si tu arrives en entreprise et qu’on te demande de passer des opérations frauduleuses, sois malin, fais semblant de ne pas comprendre que c’est de la fraude, et fais ce qu’on te dit.

Car si tu refuses, tu peux te retrouver dans une spirale de harcèlement et de persécutions

Ça c’est la conclusion de mes huit dernières années, mais ce n’est pas moi.

Alors j’attends des réponses claires, des réponses qui vont nous permettre de dire aux jeunes générations avec certitude que non, votre hiérarchie et/ou employeur n’ont pas le droit de se servir de vous comme tampon de diverses malversations

C’est d’ailleurs pour cela que nous avons créé cette matrice qui va permettre aux entreprises de mieux évaluer leurs risques, mais surtout de les découvrir à temps.
